Wave of Terror: PSM 0.75 -> 1.75, drains morale instead of stopping it
Crushing Blows: Reduced Chance to proc off melee attacks to 10%, morale stopper added
Does that mean you removed the moraledrain from Crushing Blows? So morale drain is now locked to Brutality and on a 10sec CD? How high is the value for it? The same as it was for Crushing Blows (225) but without it being a chance?

Yes, the two were swapped around. Crushing Blows procs a morale stopper that lasts for 5s and no longer has the drain component, with a 10% chance to proc this effect. Wave of Terror now has the 225 drain that was previously on Crushing Blows and no longer stops morale gain for 5 seconds like it did previously.

Morale stoppers are now functional (they never worked properly before) and additionally stop morale gains from pumps, not just natural gain.

so monstro losing morale drain in place of a 15% less proc "stopper" and drains getting shoved all the way into the top of brute while things like rampage sits at just 5pts for 3 years? oof time to pack bags and move to order with the rest of the zerg.
Lots of alts, more alts for the alt gods!

Destro has better:

heal debuffs
mobility/run speed buffs
CC
burst
aoe damage
resist debuffs
pulls
synergy
morale build/drain

and you're complaining about Rampage? How else can a Slayer get through a Zealot/Sorc's MASSIVE parry?

Damn. I'd almost open the meme thread for stuff like this.

Also locking the thread because you know, it's kind of done.
