I try not to waste AP on move.
only burn AP for myself and tanks.
save it for burst 2sec 3sec cast heals.
sometimes target die during cast.
I convince myself that it's their fault not survive 1 more second lol.
or else i would blame myself too much. It's not healthy.

Because you don't want to use your AP for up to 3k heals on the move with 1,2 sec cast time?
One could blame the healer for not fully using the class mechanic. :>
Dying is no option.

I don't think it's viable to try and manage 5 points in either direction for the big bonus to heals or dps. I waver around 1 point in either direction just to cut cast times and to keep basic lifetap on focus target. It's difficult, sometimes, to be within cast for dps or AP regen, but usually there is a wandering squig or sorc pet to tap and dot to build mechanics.

I also save magical infusion for last moment. for 30% below target.
MI + FE or MI + shield + boon.
It can be life saver.
on live i would use it lastly but the ror variation suggest it is better to use it on cd on some dps. I really like the change it somehow cover the lack of 25% heal increse comming from RP when taking AM instead of RP

I think early MI tend to overheal or miss target.
it's insta 1k buys me 1sec to finish long cast heal at low hp.
It has good use at your way too, i just tend to save good ones for later.

I do use moving heal. but very low priority.
like when all other options are ran out.
I think i explained it somewhere, i put effort of searching and clicking toward other matters.
during the kiting and detaunting target is often not in cone arc.
