When in sc "open field" with good LoS, I play mainly in Scout/Assault for armor

When with few LoS (Gates of Ekrund/Logrin's Forge corridors) I just swap some tactics and play mainly Skirm/Assault. Scout only when good range.

For RR : http://waronlinebuilder.org/#renown;000 ... 4000000000

RoR.builders - Shadow Warrior

This was my favorite build on live and in wich i felt was the only build that really captured the hybrid feeling that the class were designed to be. Sadly BioMythic decided to make SW just another ranged turret class along with SH and never bothered to fix the classes to represent the Ranged/Melee hybrid wich they both were designed to be and were left with two pretty much ignored mastery pathing/playstyles.

And some say that DoK/WP hybrids are ignored.

I actually recently switched and it's been working really well.. normally I run solo or small guild groups.. have not tested thoroughly with how it deals with WEs solo (probably the toughest counter for SWs in my opinion), so take with a grain of salt:

I skill up skirmish tree just enough to get Powerful Draw, then throw in Flanking Shot and Shadow Sting. Then skill up Scout tree to get Festering Arrow and Enchanted Arrows. I run Masterful Aim, Powerful Draw, Instinctive Aim, and Enchanted Arrows tactics. Just switched over a lot of my talis to WS over BS so I get around 44% armor shred in Scout stance.

Assault tank SW
RoR.builders - Shadow Warrior
full domi + full armor tali
4.7k armor in assault, -36(38) crit reduction, deft defender
tanking with AoE detaunt.

Broadhead Arrow + Shadow Sting + Glass Arrow spam.
Throat Shot to backline casters.
Eye shot to save healer from witch elf.
Lileath's Arrow to AoE. low BS synergy with Pierce Defenses.

Lileath's Forgiveness to cleans snare, debuff, DoT
mostly to cleanse Sorc DoT.

you are perfect decoy.
aoe detaunt melee train or sorc + SH squard.
as long as you hold enemies you are making hole is their line.
