What should a KOBS focus on to become tanky while lvling and pvping?
Crit avoidance > Parry > Dodge/disrupt > Block?
What are stat tiers?

Re: Stat Priority for KOBS?
Block > Dodge/Disrupt > Futile Strikes/ Hardy Concessions > Parry
That's mainly for pvp.

0% chancetobecrit>Armor>resists>avoidance>wounds>toughness
Anticrit: futile strikes 3 and initiative to 220-250. Getting crit is the number one way to get blown up. If you have say, 15% chance to be crit instead of 0% you will be unhealable for group play. That 15% gets added to base chances of the attacker and you will be dead in a knockdown or a couple dots.
Armor: destro runs mostly physical dps endgame so this is very important. If you have low armor you will get blown up once you are armor debuffed below 75%.
Resists are important and keep you from getting time stamped by sorcs and bled out to magus dots. Make sure to use resist aura.
Avoidance: Helps reduce guard damage as well as keeping debuffs and crowd control off you. Parry and block are directional so good players will flank you and penetrate your defenses. When snb stack block and parry and when 2h stack Parry as high as you can get.
Wounds: you want this stat when other stats listed above are met.
Toughness: Basicaly subtracts mainstats like STR and int from your attacker. This helps a lot early but drops off later when morale damage and higher stat and crit values come into play.
Defensive tactics can help a lot early like emperors ward, rugged, coordination, and focused mending.
Spec vigilance if your gear is bad and use m1 absorb if you need more turtling power.
