Check basic green weapons. You can buy them from vendors near guild tavern (exactly where you are).

I'd even say it's that very vendor carrying it who is selling it, just an assumption.

If I'm not wrong they selling it only as twohander. I'm searching for onehander.

Check influence rewards in T2-T3. It also may drop in bags from PQs. Check AH after all.
