Reactionary? Which weapons have it.

Looking for which weapons have the ability which I think is called Reactionary? I saw a blue and epic weapon with it but cant remember their name.

2H sword Dawn has it for KotBS from the High Elf T4 Epic Quest line "Unmasking the Enemy".

The other is from doing the PvE dungeons.

Crypt tunnel weapon have those bonus on weapon

The epic quest weapons all have a 2H weapon choice with reactionary proc
