Engi and Invader gear

I've read several places that SW's want to use Invader gear to get the +10 feet bonus. Do Engi's want the same? Seems quite powerful as a Rifleman Engi to get +10 from turret and +10 from set bonus.

+10 from food. 130ft range hehe
