Punishing knock is bugged

Just a friendly heads up to those who didnt know ( like me)
Punishing knock is bugged, so it is pointless ( for the time being) to slot it.

Anytime you zone in somewhere new (sc, city, zone, etc.) your 4th tactic becomes bugged and will not work. I suggest making your 4th tactic something that you can verify in your character window (ex: Rugged, Ancestral Inheritance, etc.) and reapply your 4th tactic anytime you go somewhere new. This has been bugged for a very very long time, and I doubt it will get fixed anytime soon.

IB was too stronk, 3 tactics are enough!

We can even fight naked. We have a powerful beard for this.

Even if I slot inspiring attack in slot 1-2-3, i dont really see any difference in enemy heal output.
It seems to be the same with or without the healdebuff.
Dont have a friendly destro healer, so cant really confirm it...if anyone would investigate further, that would be awesome

Ye checked on dummy, it's not applied until you reslot tactic.

I've noticed two work arounds to fix the Punishing Knock tactic bug.

Every time you zone:

1. Re-slot the tactic, as others have mentioned.
2. Switch to a different tactic set, and then switch back to the set with PS.

I find that option 2 is a little easier to notice. For example, if I am waiting around for a SC or something, I will switch to my PvE tactic set which is a visual indicator for me that I need to switch back once zoned.

But does it actually debuff their outgoing heals, is the question. because i dont really see any difference in their healing
