Please check the bug-tracker and create a post there (if not already one is existing), with as much details/information as you can deliver e.g. screenshot/videos.

Looks to me like this is the character window bug, where the stats for crit % is not displaying properly (and it also displays wrong on the statdoll addons). You will need to confirm the bug using the command .getstats and grabbing screenshots of it there before reporting it on the bugtracker.
