Excuse me but this looks like a bad build. You waste points to raise tree ranks instead of taking important skills.
Dying is no option.

More points into a tree, the more damage the ability within the tree do.

Squeezing out a little more damage from Deep Wounds is a bonus to me.

What "important skills" would you take?

Devastate is probably worth a point, but I dont think it will make or break anything.

I dont see myself using that when I am rotating through Rampage->Deep Wound->Deathblow->Spellbreaker.

If i need a filler PS/SC will do.

1500 HP wounds debuff exhaustive blow, or +3 damage on Deep Wound which isn't even a damage-oriented ability.

You gotta reevaluate your choices right here.

Skipping over Cleft in Twain i can understand, ability feels very lackluster, but its still the highest damage-per-GCD non-exhausitve ability, even considering the actual damage is lower than tooltip.
