Slayer nerfed wasnt really even about slayer, but about the changes ROR has made to Undefendable Attacks being Undefendable Guard dmg = Rampage literally ignored guard,and the added dmg to melee channel was obviously Op and that is tranfsered to Wl(Marauder also) now with 3x higher dmg Spinning Ae attacks that also ignores Armour with ror added tactics.
24 ae cap is also one of the reasons why slayer was super nerfed. Slayer literally just had to slot Short temper and they had 0s CD ID without needing other class. It was always fun to read forums where people complained about Sm grp cd reduction + Slayer as a problem, when slayer never needed CDR in the first place : D
Remove -20% AA dmg from accuracy and everythign to do with ID, make ID 10s Cooldown So short temper makes it 5s, and swordmasters can reduce it to 0s. Its not more complicated than this. Obviously do it to choppa as well + Bring back Machine gun Sorceress but without 100ft range but 65ft.
These are the ways to bring some variety back, give classes things back that were deemeed " too powerful "

I believe that ID should have an unmodified 5-second cooldown.
Just like WP/DoK Divine Mend/Khaines Invigoration, it is not affected by cooldown modification abilities.

Yet still applied without any fine tuning. just from 100% down to 20% with the hammer. No testing of maybe 60%,50%,40%. Just straight down to 20% and neuter a real unique Ability. And yet it requires you to actively place it. That means having a target close to you. Use a GCD to apply it. Be lucky with the RNG duration. At the same time ''Furious Stomping' '' of the Choppa is a fixed 6 sec duration self target ID around the Choppa where he decides where to carry it. Together with ''Red goes faster!'' down to 5 sec CD on a 6 sec runtime. Only 1 GCD used to have it on you for 6 sec. While the Slayer has to switch targets and use a GCD every time he applies ID. And btw ID runtime gamble 4 to 8 sec. IF NOT CLEANSED instantly because of CLEANSE ALERT ADDONS like Buffhead.
-20% AA was put there because of Ranked 6v6 QQ about ''aoe build'' of slayer to strong in single target. It crippled the ability to finish of the last remaining enemies in orvr WB envirement. For the rest of that i can only say NO NO NO. What a stupid idea. Slayer and Choppa always have to be changed together with the ''mirror'' in mind. Not that they are already far away from being equal, with all the extras Choppa has, like his extra heal debuff. Double Aoe channel. One with movement speed buff and a pull that sucks you trough fences and floors right into the body block mosh pit.
Slayer is in dire need of buffs and yet here we go again. People already call for another big nerf to ID. It's last usefull aoe dmg Ability aside from Flurry.
Get it in your heads. GCD, Target dependent, Cleanseable. Stop making ID the next Rampage. Just straight out ask for destro to get the 100% win button. That saves us all a lot of time.

If you have understood what i actually said, it was about changing how GUARD MECHANIC functions with Undefendable attacks, and make them Like in AoR and Defendable again. And If Rampage(or any other undefendable) skill works through morale defensives, this is also RoR change and very much needs to be changed back. After that Rampage can be 100% Again because it wont be truely overpowered but good enough.
