That's not only my opinion but of several others ibs (80rr+).
Ive got 10000+hp, 1050T, 63 block as madatory and still think that something wrong.
Someone told me that after rework there r lots of single target dps but earlier i was fighting groups of six and can get out of them - now it is much more difficult.

Ditch the toughness, go for init, wounds and armor instead.

Guarded Attack - Cooldown increased to 20 seconds. Armor value reduced from 990 to 594.

Might be this + low armor potions ?

All tank lost armor 3 months ago, except kotb who won a perma aura...

If you talk about last patch, unless there's a bug, it did not add many changes on tanks

My bad didn't know that buff lasts 20s like it's CD, so should be the same if you keep it up

Maybe people got better/more coordinated at the game.
As a veteran you know there won't be a sufficient answer without details on dmg sources and classes hitting you aka combat logs.

They are short, and fat, and most of them are ugly. And they stink. But they do make good beer, so it all balances out.

Aside from all that an S&B IB is the best Order tank in the game. I have spoken.
