(Rune preist) Rune of Fulmination
Hi there, long time player first time poster here. as the subject sugests Rune of Fulmination, i would like to propose to the devs to rework it abit and make it a bit more qol freindly at 2 and half second cast time i think is a bit much. I dont really care if you nerf the upfront damage and dot damage to compensate for shorter cast time(hell even nerf damage by half idc). i mean dont get me the wrong the damage is nice currently, but mainly use it for a long range ele debuff (outside of the tactic). again im not asking for damage buff or make it op just more easier to use and more attractive to pick up over stagger. just make it more qol freindly and not a 2 and half second freaking cast time lol.

Besides 5 seconds elemental debuff duration is too short

If it stacked with other elemental debuffs still 5 seconds would be acceptable. 2.5s Cast just doesnt work on it even if the dmg is nice. Maybe if you could move while casting it would work.

Or add it to Thick-Skulled and Blazing Runes.

As i saw it was fixed and now should not stack with other elemental debuffs.
