Re: Dual wield healing DoK?
Dual Wield DoK is almost exclusively a DPS spec. Your only healing options are rend soul (the channeled single target melee heal, that btw you can split between several targets by simply swaping target during the channeling), Consume essence, a single target melee heal resource builder and Devour Essence (which helps keeping you or someone else alive as long as there are many hostile targets around). In DW mode, you can still help saving a low health target with your rend Soul or Devour Essence, but you will most of the time be saving it for yourself.
The true melee heal mode on DoK is the shield spec (1h sword + shield). It has been nerfed greatly in the heal patch earlier this year but is still useable, especially in PvE. It's pretty hard getting it to a decent level of heal output / survivability in PVP until you reach certain gearing thresholds (Bloodlord / sentinel / Vale walker is the minimum, they are lvl 40 dungeon stuff).
