Is Merc still relevant or which should I aim for with fresh rr50 dps DoK?

Gear suggestions and sources where to get em would be appreciated, can't find anything relevant, or just too stupid to know where to look from, idk.

Mixing 3 merc with 3 others is probably best till you get something better.

And what do you mean by dps dok? Classic dual wield aa haste class cannon spec? Shield dok? Hybrid spec- linked below?

Start going DPS only once you have beastlord, 3piece merc and 3 piece dom, thats a solid basic level.
Than you are up to PVE galore of getting sentinel jewelry and bloodlord cloak. You will figure best mix of it on the way. You can also use tool for that from my signature.

6 PC Bloodlord - Bastion Stair
2 PC Sentinel (Gloves Jewel) - BB / BE
2 PC Genesis - Open RVR
Bastion Stair Jewel or Gunbad Ruby
Bloodlord weapon
RR61 SC weapon or Proc weapon

opp > sent, u want to have 1 x 10% AA haste as dps dok

Running this with Oppressor helm, you lose 37str, 15wnds, 34 toughness, 21 melee power, and 2% armour penetration

You gain 4 armour, 27 init, 16WS, and 10% AA haste.

Up to individuals how they value those stats

Is Bloodlord grindable or is Bastion Stair one of the lockout dungeons that you can only do once a week or something?

It has a lockout. 4 or 5 days. You also get weapons and the cloak from influence which means you need like 8 runs total. Sentinel jewelry is the same for BB and BE. You need full gunbad set for the wards in order to equip sentinel, and then full sentinel (except jewelry) to equip bloodlord
