Should I wear Ruin or Annihilator for a SnB BG? Or maybe a mix of the two? Also even if my toughness is soft-capped should I still put toughness talis on the armor? Thanks everyone in advance for the feedback.
Use either armor or a mix of wounds/armor in this case.

you kinda have 2 builds for 2H bg atm after getting all the tools necessary from mailice and you sh
ould grab enraged beating btw

the difference is one is more defensive and the other is more offensive

You can either go mid tree to grab Anger drives mes, terrifying foe and WoS

or offensive focused with Soul killer/unstoppable fury, elite training and if you plan on running with a mara that has draining swipes, choking fury

theirs a variety of gear, beastlord is pretty popular, or you could do a mix between that and merc/dom to stack str conq for a defensive set is popular with 2h tanks ive seen though i went with 6 piece dom for the taunt proc with the taunt proc 2h epic weapon for the luls

Redeye set will be a nice addition, when you mix sets for offtanks, as you can use str talismans without having to worry about armor values.

RoR.builders - Black Guard

Terryfing Foe makes rugged obsolete and the parry tactic is quite essential for guarding a MDPS.

No AA haste with wounds debuff, when a big part of your damage comes from AA?

BG is a tank first and a DPS 2nd if anything.

Get the newest set and you are tanky enough.

Yes, but getting full conq might take a while. And quite frankly without the extra parry you are not THAT tanky.
