I dont really know mara very well, though i have been through the PvE grind on him.
I would say generally you want an AoE build for dungeons. So much of the dungeons time is spent killing adds rather than bosses, and AoE will benefit you way more. The runs will be quicker and you'll be able to heal yourself in monstro. You can always switch to brutality on a boss for increased single target damage, even if you arent specced into it very far.
For renown, at your level you don't have much choice really. Futile Strikes to get you to 0% chance to be crit. Then, personally, I'd go for Reflexes to get your parry up. We all hope that the tank will be perfect, but its inevitable that you'll pull aggro at some point. Having 30-40% parry on top of medium armour will get you through those aggro points. This is especially true in bastion stairs where plenty of the bosses have aggro resets built into them.
Now, if you're running dungeons with your guild and you are confident in their abilities, you can ditch the defences and go full offensive.
Talismans, I'd aim for 8k health, then the rest into strength.
