As an order biased player i would like to inform you. Exit Wounds is totally fine and it doesnt count. Nerf destro equals good, nerf order equals 'whats wrong with you'.
(joke, im sorry)
Btw any WE / WH buffs? ModCheck

Yep, but most of WHs using 1-3 path builds and they don't have it, otherwise it's very rare .

Not only it is too much , it is also insanely timed 19secs. Bear in mind also the trieffecta hot that boosts toughness on shammy hots.

It just a joke at this point.

Doesnt seem remotely balanced with AM's counterpart, wich only boost the channeled duration of one skill.

Looks like to be 240 toughness reduction (with maxed tree), wich is in fact a buff to everyone else by 240 offensive stat. Merry Christmas.

Max debuff value on every other DoT in the game is about 120, and is generally not aimed at a so much universal damage reducing stat as Toughness (most similar debuffs affecting one magic resistance, initiative or offensive stats).

So either nerf/remove this added debuff (on a 20s duration DoT its out of proportion, I agree) to match the mirrored tactic, or give similar effect to AM's Radiant Lance via mirrored tactic.

Shaman already got intelligence stealing for free, the toughness debuff is absolutely insane, and on a spammable spell wich will benefit to every ally around, it's nonsense to be this powerful, even on a 11pts tactic.

oh yeah, and the fact that this tactic has been around for over a year without anyone (order) noticing shows how OP it really is.

this tactic has always been in the game, it was op when it didn't give any minuses, now you pay 20% of healing and +50% cd waaagh for it, which is too huge a minus, before the ability also depleted 150 moral now it doesn't...
WH - mdpv 80+
WE - Witchrage 80+

It's just about 100 additional toughness debuffed compared to the core aoe toughness debuff. The damage difference is ignoreable. Did you identified this to be the reason you lost in some fight or what is the point of this thread?
Other classes have different goodies and not all can be measured with raw stat attributes.
Dying is no option.
