[Shaman] What Weapon for DPS

Finally finished my DPS set for end game (3 warlord/5 sov), and I've also got the DPS anathema weapon. Are there other weapons I should be working towards? If so, can you please explain which and why. I keep getting suggestions in game when I ask, but nobody can tell me why X is better than Y, or what purpose that particular weapon serves over the other end game ones available. Thanks!

Get bloodlord staff from bastion stairs dungeon influence, because reasons.
3rd option is fort weapon.
Max dps is bloodlord.
Dying is no option.

For raw dps, bloodlord, it has 5% flat damage and 60ish magic power with intelligence too.

What about for solo roaming though? Isn't there a toughness penalty as well?

So, is that a ranking? Bloodlord>Anathema>Fort?

In a group bloodlord, when soloing with lame pseudo DPS spec use anathema or fort weapon.
Dying is no option.

I solo with full dps spec. Tri spec is dead for shammy, so we don't have much else.

You mean tri spec is dead because it's no longer super OP?

If you going full dps bloodlord is clear answer, even in solo, the armor / toughness penalty is -10% I think, AP should not be a problem and with 3/5 sov you have enough wounds, not worth giving up +5% dmg for.

Other weapons to consider if not going full dps:
Disdain - go tankier and lifesteal proc
Sinister (and maybe fort?) - very good proc to cast time with mechanic and I'll Take Dat
Gork's blaster - 800 heal/20 sec is not bad, especially if you can't survive a kd.
SM - Arhalien +80 | AM - Shaheena +80
ZL - Wildera +70 | BG - Blackcrow +70

Appreciate the explanation and added information for other options.

Tri spec is dead because you can’t do it anymore. Stuff got moved around making it impossible even at rank 80. Maybe it’s possible if you go full sov because of the points you get from the set, but I would have to look at it.

Ah, thought you just meant going up all 3 trees.. which works okay if you go tanky/lifetap, works alright with kiting too going full dps, just losing out on some burst, which you kinda need against healers in particular, but other match-ups might be better (any MDPS).

Something like these:
+70 Tri-spec

Sov +2 Tri-spec

Sov +2 Tri-spec - Sticky-heal debuff-Silence
SM - Arhalien +80 | AM - Shaheena +80
ZL - Wildera +70 | BG - Blackcrow +70
