Two heal debuff?

Dying is no option.

Don't expect to deal any decent pressure without the "Wot rules" tactic.
Pent up rage is not good enough to be slotted imo. It's better to slot wot rules and use flee + ap pots if you need to drop rage.
2H Choppa is the definition of tactic slot starvation.

That's the build I use. As for tactics, its ugly, but a quick strategy for it is thus: Yer All Bleedin' Now to get into combat, run away, get red, get angry, get big. Find yer squishy (unguarded) target, run in (mount up and hope your tank is on their toes!) and dump dat damage! Can't Stop Da Chop > Sit Down! > No More Helpin (they should have guard on them now, and some hots) > Slasha > Weaklin Killa. Slasha again if need to let Pent Up Rage get up a stack, then spam Reckless Blow until your green and Charge! on out.
As ToXoS noted, this build is starved for tactics though, so you'll pretty much have to dump all talisman as strength and your rr into similar, while mixing sets.
A different take on tactics that is great for a general roam, small scale, is Brute Force, I'm Da Biggest!, Flanking, and either Pent Up Rage/Strong Finish, depending on style. If you have the 7% crit from Conqueror, SF (maybe swap IDB! for Stab You Gooder).
