SH Renown

Quick question, anyone care to comment on must haves for SH Renown?
Bit confusing, hope to get some answers.

I'm Big Shootin' if that matters.

First, max out Deft defender. Then max out Sure shot.
Also, If you want to play ranged, Quick shootin' is way better and way more fun.

Futile Strike is good as well especially if you're gonna solo roam

Getting WS with renown points is hardly worth it.
Dying is no option.

Always prioritize % crit and then you can put the remaining in points in pretty much whatever you want. Personally i've gone deft defender after maxxing out crit since BW's and SW's hurt.

Futile Strike is pretty worthless for a Big Shootin' Sq. You get about 110FT range with Gas Squig...and Big Shootin' should never solo roam- it can't kite and has very long cast times.
