[ADDON] CoolDownTracker

Bombling asked if it would be possible to make an addon that watches when the AM/Shaman Absolute Preservation group buff lands on you, then shows a clear cooldown timer so you do not have to keep asking in voice if it is up again. That became CoolDownTracker: a small tracker for a few important group and nearby-ally buff cooldowns.

CoolDownTracker shows a small movable icon cluster for selected important buffs and their cooldowns. It watches live buff state and marks each tracked cooldown as Waiting, Active, Cooldown, or Ready.

What it does

• Shows a movable icon cluster for selected group and nearby-ally buffs
• Shows simple Waiting, Active, Cooldown, and Ready states

Tracked buffs

• Absolute Preservation
• For The Witch King! (Destruction)
• We'z Bigger (Destruction, the movement-speed version used together with Linecracka!)
• Whispering Wind (Order)
• Leading The Charge
• Into the Fray (disabled by default until enabled)

Typical use

• Move the tracker where you want it on screen
• Right-click it to lock movement, rotate direction, change scale, or hide it
• Watch the icons during fights to see what tracked buffs may be available, active, or cooling down
