- would the min value apply to the total aggregated damage (i.e. min value 10, 100x1 would show as 100) or to the individual hits(i.e. 100x1 at limit 10 would not show)?
- you can currently only disable all incoming or all outgoing by hiding the window in the layout editor, would a blacklist for individual "channels" be useful?

yes, set the frequency lower, the default is 0.5s, can go as low as 0.1

You can disable it with his nouselessmods addon - it's the event text one.

Could be Ok having inc heal turned on and inc dmg turned off...but ok with all incoming OFF.

released 1.1.1, now turns off the default combat text on it's own

hi, you can set the frequency lower, but that will currently lead to numbers also disapearing quickly. Number is in seconds, minimum is 0.1 if I'm not mistaken

no, sorry - the closest you get is by setting the aggregation period low

With 1.2.0 I added the ability to turn on showing the previous two intervals, increasing the total shown duration to 3x the aggregation time.
Use /sct moving to toggle it on and off.
