any good WAR documentation?

i was using warapi.fandom.com but now it's closed and i have no idea where to look for list of functions and set of rules on mod creation.
(other addons have good code examples, but yet you'r limited to copy that functionality without creating anything new)

Does anyone know any good Warhammer web documentation or maybe can i download it somehow?
