Why drain magic on CD can't switch to the next skill in NB?

As long as DM is earlier in the chain it should go to the next ability if its on cooldown.

If that doesnt work try this slash command.

/nb ddcheck

then left click Drain Magic in your abilities tab so it comes up in the command.

The slash command should look like this. /nb ddcheck [Drain Magic]

This will reset any checks on Drain Magic like cooldown checks.
