Well its buffhead....but it have to be costumiced?? tried to download the archive from the Jaycub post but looks a empty file...

use psychoxell's link, barely any config to do, mainly icon size and positioning if you don't like its original position/size. Rest is more about whitelisting/blacklisting what you want showing up but default is fine imo
