[Addon] ItemTier

This is an addon i made for colorblind people like me, to show an item's tier which is useful for example when you want to salvage an item.
It's really simple addon, it doesn't have any configuration, all it does is adding an information text at the bottom of the item's tooltip.

There is an add-on called "nRarity". So if you would take their idea of organizing inventory, that would make your add-on even more convenient. But instead of changing the item frame color, you can set up different distinctive looking patterns for frames.
