Does exist addon that make using abilities on pressing buttons, not on releasing them?

I think what you might want is a keystroke macro because I don't think any of them respond to keys being held down. Macros are not really my forte but you can ask about them and maybe someone can write one for you?

Could use a gaming mouse /keyboard with this as a setting option.
