what addon make character say pretyped sayings when i use ability?
I heard that there is addon with function: when i push a specific ability it says with some chance pretyped sayings in /say chat.
What is it and where i can found it?

That would be TinkOutLoud. You can get it here: https://tools.idrinth.de/addons/thinkoutloud/

Avoid using Say and Yell channels for it though, it's never a good idea.
