Thanks everyone ill try these suggestions tonight and get back if they worked or not.

edit: I stopped using effects, and switched to stacks only for things like HoT and for short time I was able to be on here it seems to be working now. See if it works over the course of an hour or two tonight. Will be nice to spam 1 button in those losing scs, idk what it is but losing on a healer when you have to have like 100+ APM in a scenario where you can't get any kills and thus RR or emblems is 100x more soulcrushing than playing dps or tank. Hence why I like to have this lazy button. Also thanks wargrimnir for the suggestion on virtual cooldowns, I did notice that happening and if this fixes that it would be awesome.

applied that fix thanks.

Things seem to break themselves over time, after working properly on loging for a while. I decided to log out and see what the saved variables file was writing upon logout and for the 1st one I checkd I got this,

Whats interesting here is I had 4 saved macros, yet only [1] shows up when there should of been [2], [3], and [4]. The abilities and conditions for all 4 macros are there, but they just tag on to the end of [1].

I went back in game deleted my test macro, so I only have 3 which are [1], [3], and [26]. Now this time I check the file and I get this,

Which clearly defines all 3 macros instead of jumbling all them together. Not sure if this is blind luck or what exactly the problem was, but ill play some more and see if it doesn't eventually bug out.

edit: I guess the formatting doesn't carry over in the spoiler oh well.
