Addons for the noobish!

Hi people! loving this game, never played the original, and missed vanilla WoW feelin, when i saw Warhmmaer Return of Reckoning in 2016 my head just explodes because i absolutely love Warhammer Fantasy universe (specially skavens love that race), actually i am a lvl 15 noobish choppa, and i am looking Addons id preffer to have a minimalist look, just like

Idk what addons are dat guy using but i will be so glad if somebody tells me.
And/or if u want can recommend me addons to start/minimalist ui; actually playing with an ork choppa and a imperial WH.
