Tooltips (on hovering) gone

Hello,

Does someone know a WAR addon for tooltips?

My problem is mine are gone amd I tried all settings, but I cant show them anymore.
Under Settings General, I tested all 2 options seperately and together. When i Hover over Monsters, there Is no tooltip anymore.

If I cant find a fix for this, does someone know an addon? Customizing tooltips would be cool anyway.

If you ever want your old tooltip back go to Layout editor and makes sure "Mouse-Over Target" window is enabled.

Do you also know a tool that can greate Skinframes like (for example Yakui) does? I saw also other custom UIs that seemed to have custom Frames. I want to create a similar "fitting frame" at the bottom for all my ui frames if thats possible.

Had to get rid of YakUI because it is bugged and not customizeable as I want it to be -.-

I found 3 UI packs that have what you're describing: Teh Brox's UI, Palisandr UI, and Royksopp's UI.
I don't think you can download any of these packs from Curse any more but you can download SNT Panel addon from idrinth repository and give it a go.

I also found Elyssi's UI which features custom UI textures but doesn't list SNT Panel addon. If memory serves me these are the same textures Sullemunk uses in his own UI pack. You can contact him here and ask.

All moth version I downloaded are not functional.
I probably have a conflict or missing dependencies issue, I have to find where addon loading is logged, any idea ?
