What are these addons:
* shows the sorcerer icon above your teammate (around 1.30)
* I think WSCT, but it shows the skill icon (e.g. agonizing wound) whenever you attack them? Mine only shows text, and no skill icon.

Skill icon over the head: buffhead
Skill icon besides the scrolling combat text: checkbox in the WSCT options

Edit: use the WSCT version from YakUI, other/older versions maybe have big impact on client performance (stuttering etc.).
