taited claw is a scam. Really expensive for a 50% heal debuff and little heals. It is better to let someone cover heal debuff for you. A sh can spam heal debuff from range for example.

heya, It really isnt worth it if you get the healdebuff from anywhere else. I can't remember how the heal from dmg worked, but wasn't like half of it debuffable? so for example Divine Assault still heals a 3 quarters of what it normally does even with healdebuff on, and im not sure if DPS runie is really affected that much either

I stopped to keep track these kind of details long time ago because it just do not worth. If something is usefull now, devs will fix it anyways.
