Bug Armor-piercing round - Ingineer

Hello
I have a bug on my Ingineer, the skill Armor-piercing round didn't work.
I use it and see it on my buff for 12 second but the malus for ignore 25% of armor does not work and i got the same damage when i don't have it.
Can you chek this pls?

Where did you test this?
If you tested it on a dummy target, you should know that they have no armor and no resistance at all.

Test it on a construct.
