Stuck at "Locating Battles / Searching for allies" after disconnect

Hello,

I need help with a character/account that appears to be stuck during the server connection.


I was playing normally earlier today. I left the game running while I was away. When I came back, I had been disconnected after an error occurred.

Since then, I cannot reach the character selection screen.

I can see the game landscape and the server selection window. When I click Select to connect to the server, the game gets stuck indefinitely on:

“Locating Battles…”
“Searching for allies…”

My characters never appear.

The affected character is a Magus, approximately level 2–3, and he was in the Norsca starting area.

Could you please check whether my character/session is stuck on the server and reset it if necessary?

I have not reinstalled the game, since everything was working normally before the disconnect.
