Login protection preventing

Hello.

My friend can't log into the forum because he entered the wrong password several times. He only noticed later that Shift wasn't working properly.

Now he's getting a message saying that a security protection is blocking him from accessing the forum, and something about an invisible captcha.

What does he need to do to get back to logging in here on the forum? It's not a ban, it's just the login protection preventing him from logging in.
