Crashes in sieges.

The game keeps crashing in sieges in the most unappropriate time, when the whole wb is on lord. Please advise on settings to use. Must be a guide somewhere already. Not too old a PC. Real internet speed is about 25 mbps, with 100 mbps connection, and in prime time (shared network). Done everything on the first message in the stickied guide here, in player support, using no addons at the moment. Anything new and important since that guide was written?
