Guild banner, dev help plz

Hey change our look on the guildbanner but didnt work ingame ... Ican see the change on the website but nothing happens ingame. Guild name is osterunda , thx

Hello!
On lvl 10 u can only reservation heraldy....
u need guild lvl 20
