Problem with quest on Book of boom v2 and v3

Hello, I failed to complete the quests Book of Boom v2 and v3, so I canceled them. Now I can’t start them again. The quest items I loot are inactive and don’t allow me to accept the quest. Could you please reset/reload my progress on these quests?"
