Loot problem with Twilight's Tide materials.

I played for long hours on two different characters, i killed many players in pvp ( I returned the kill quest Twilight Souls many times) but i didn't loot a single crate of event materials. I suspect a bad seetting of my loot option but i don't find it. I have all Autoroll option on need, "Always auto loot and " Auto loot in RvR" boxes are checked... Any ideas plz ?

If you are playing in a warband, and there are more of you than opponents in the location, then the reward will be small. Try solo or play with a group of 6 people
