Can't log in with any char because crashed in SC

Hey!

I chrashed during a SC and now all my chars are locked out and get kicked back to the char selection screen when I try to enter the game. Can't find where you do an ingame appeal but tried /stuck and think I need a GM to move my chars to fix this?

This was my day off and was gonna grind all day (

The char is "Liliath", WP.

Clearing the cache enabled me to log in with every other char but still won’t let me login in with “Liliath”.

Oh and same thing happened with the char “Gortrax” 5 min ago and it’s stuck too and needs to be lifted to safety aswell.

Hit me up on discord with the name of the character and what faction (so I dont accidentally port a destro toon into Altdorf of vice versa

Max did give me access again to help with the stuck toons since there are so many happening right now. We think we have a fix fyi just needing to test it.
