SIgnet cannot be upgraded to Annulus

Hi, I'm having an issue in the Twilight's Tide event where my Signet can't be upgraded into an Annulus even though I have the 2 gems and 3 bars of orange quality and the right type. I have a Platinum Ruby Signet from last year's Twilight's Tide event, and 2 Flawless Rubies and 3 Pure Platinum Bars in my crafting bag, but when I go to upgrade the Signet to an Annulus it just gives me the message "You do not meet the requirements to purchase that item." I have kept this Signet all year, hoping that I would be able to acquire the bars and gems I need to upgrade it this year, and now I have acquired them but the upgrade is not working.

You probably got the lvl31 ring. you have to upgrade it to lvl40 first and then you can proceed to crafting the annulus ring.

This applies for lvl 11 and 21 rings too.

I have the same issue level 40 ring Silver diamond (purple one) 3x silver bars 2x flawless diamonds says you do not meet the requirements, I've asked around and no one seems to have a solution to the issue.

I can 100% guarantee that I have the lvl 40 ring, from last year, and it's still not working.

The issue is you using last year's ring. They have different id's so the game doesn't recognise them when you try to upgrade it sadly :/
