Login Failure

Request: Please fix it so that my character Kyrtsun may log in.



Problem: Recently my character Kyrtsun reached level 40. When I go to log him in, I never get past the loading screen from which I am returned to the character selection screen. After an attempt to log in Kyrtsun, Kyrtsun is the only character shown on the character selection screen. I have been unable to log this character now for two weeks, but I may log on other characters.



What I have tried

------------------

1) Logging him in several times over many days

2) /stuck /stuck and .stuck .stuck from the Character Loading Screen

3) Rebooting my computer

4) Restarting the game

5) Having a friend of mine, 1500 miles away, try to log in Kyrtsun with the same results


If there is something you can do to resolve this I would appreciate it. Kyrtsun would like to join his guildmates and run Gunbad.


Meanwhile, I will enter .GM , and attempt to contact a GM in-game.
