Problem w/ crash in Gunbad

We crashed on a fight in Gunbad. Now I can't play my Zealot, it gets stuck trying to load into the game. I don't recall the name of the boss, but it was an instanced boss fight. When I try to log in, it goes back to the character screen but I can't change characters. If I try to click "play" again, it just goes to a black screen and then disconnects me from the server again. My zealot is currently unplayable as it is stuck in this loop.

I tried the login /stuck /stuck fix and finally I loaded in, but my character became a hybrid Human / Black Orc. I never want to see this nightmare again.
