Lost purple seed after crashing

Hi, I logged back in after my game crashed and my purple seed that was finished cultivating has disappeared from my bag, how can i get this back?

Hello, sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, we do not replace any lost item - no matter the reason that caused this loss. It is a tough but also a simple and general rule that is strictly applied to anyone on the server.

You can't have it back. Server policy is "sorry for your lost"
