Is there any way to refund this or get my 75 royals back?
For more context, I bought the Knights sovereign seal, that goes in jewelry slot #4 and I will never equip it over the invader jewelry for any reason.

Since it appears we cannot get transactions sorted out, is it at all possible to change the sovereign seal to be useful?

Really need to have an are you sure button or a way to get these sort of things fixed. I presumed you could not buy it first as was the case for the invader seal.

The ROR team will not provide items if they are lost/destroyed or bought wrongly. This is simply more work than would be reasonable for a small team.

79 royals is a lot of time for an item that will never be used.... Other items have a dialogue box pop up and I do not have that setting on or even knew about it. Just bought the fortress shield the day before and it made me confirm I wanted to buy it.

It should be the same for all pieces of that value. I am not the first and I wont be the last that this happens to.

I just lost over half the royals I've ever accumulated because the game let me do something that it shouldn't. The invader seal was locked until you acquired all the other pieces first.
I just threw away 50+ hours of this game and the fact you cant sell it back to vendor or anything is wild.

You never checked out all game settings in the menu, despite being highrank?

My argument is that for pieces like invader and sovereign which take the majority of your time to grind out it should be a feature whether you have that setting on or not. It still gave me a prompt when buying the fortress shield, but not something more difficult to acquire?

It gave you a prompt, because you had to trade something in. There is no prompt for anything you just buy from vendor, for this there is buy/sell warning.

Well, fort shield gave you a warning on purchase message because you had to exchange your subjugator shield + invader meds + some gold which is why they have those added security measures, you are parting with more than just currency.

Perhaps you could make a thread about the jewel itself cus the reason most people don't use it is because of the lack of Block which invader one has. Who knows, maybe you'll make it so 2% Block is added to it!

All things concerned, it sucks but look on the bright side, you are a kotbs, people WANT you for city, just endure the grind a little bit more. :))

#1 that should not be the case for any royal vendor.

#2 You should be able to sell back if you haven't equipped an item for the same amount spent.

#3 Make the KOTBS sov seal worth using? since it costs so much

Before purchase you knew that shared the same slot that the invader jewel??

nope I thought they had reworked the jewelry too, thought I could have it and the invader seal equipped. Also didn't think the game would let me buy it.
