bubble not displaying rank beside portrait??

Hello, i have recently been leveling up my ironbreaker when i have encountered this problem i have never seen before - the bubble that displays the players rank when i click on them is blank. i use the regular UI and have fixed this with a repair then it was broken again and blank when i logged into a different character... i have asked advice chat got no response probably because nobody has heard of this issue or not sure how to fix it, ive tried everything ingame to fix it and its recently just became a random issue yesterday i've noticed - i dont use any addons but SoR and like i stated, the bubble that displays career rank is blank next to the player portrait

any ideas on how to fix this please??? tried another repair and it is blank again, thank you
