I just wanted to share the solution I found to force AA through Nvidia Profile Inspector. The code I managed to get to work is: 0x20410041
This is currently working for me on driver 451.22 with a GTX 1650. This also works with Reshade or Slidur's mod.
Cheers!

Re: Antialiasing Compatibility for Nvidia Profile Inspector
Exactly what setting did you change here? I'm not seeing that specific code avail.
Also, my understanding is that AA already works in game without modification and the recommendation is to simply set it to a less greedy parameter (like 4x BIAS). Here are the community recommended tweaks:
Based on my own experience in other games, Ive gone even more extreme and simply set AA to "Disable and override application".

Re: Antialiasing Compatibility for Nvidia Profile Inspector
AA did not work at all for me on current drivers on any of my systems without adding the compatibility bit. Override application did nothing alone.
All systems are Windows 10 Home 64, with Nvidia 840m, 970, 1650 and 1060.
Try these settings with it:
