Backup key

I have a problem with my other account. When I login to the forum the system asks for a backup key. The computer where I could have written these keys down has broken, and my hard drive no longer works.
I can play the game without any problems, but I can't log in to the forum to access my conversations, posts, etc.
I can send various information from my account, such as email, character name, level, items, first name when creating the character and the new name if necessary.
How can I proceed to reset this backup key?
